I met with KJ this winter to get pricing for tinting my car once summer came around. I stopped by yesterday to set up an appointment, and he told me to call him instead. That frustrated me because I’ve already tried calling him several times this winter and he never answered. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment, picked out the tint, and confirmed the price—but then he increased the cost significantly from what he originally quoted me. I even have the text thread where he confirmed the winter price, so I don’t understand how it changed so drastically a few months later. It honestly feels like the pricing is being made up as he goes, which is really disappointing. I was trying to support a Black-owned business, but the experience came across as unprofessional, inconsistent, and not trustworthy.

Stopped by KJ’s, he was very professional and was able to get me in same day. Game me a price and got the job done!

Set up an appointment with kj On Tuesday for Saturday at 9am. I drop off my car at 9am and he tells me it’ll be done at 11am. I show up at 11:30am and he still hasn’t tinted my car. All I need was the front two windows. The least he could’ve done is called me to tell me and update me on the status. Not sure how businesses like this still exist today. But don’t recommend this place unless you have time to waste.

KJ is a great guy who did an excellent job on my new 4 Runner. Great window tint for a great price. He's a self starter who is trying to build his business. The shop was very clean and he took great care in cleaning my vehicle after he was done. I will be recommending him to everyone I can!
